[Cfp-interest 2569] CFP review of NB comments on CD

Below are links for the National Body comments on the C23 CD.

I made a preliminary pass through to see which ones I think CFP needs to review. These are indicated by the background color of the comment ID in the first column under MB/NC:

light grey - these are either editorial and (I think) can be left to the editor or else are outside the scope of CFP.

yellow - CFP needs to review these.

blue - CFP has already reviewed these and agrees.

I used the column under “Observations of the secretariat” for my comments.

If you see grey or blue comments you think CFP needs to discuss, please indicate them in email to CFP before our January 4 meeting.

Please review the relevant comments before the meeting. We’ll need to decide on CFP's opinion on them and pass that along to WG 14 ASAP (mailing deadline is January 9).
