Annex F.10 says

[5] The expression math_errhandling & MATH_ERREXCEPT shall evaluate to a nonzero value.

This proposal needs to change that to 

[5] In a hosted environment, the expression math_errhandling & MATH_ERREXCEPT shall evaluate to a nonzero value.

(or equivalent).
