Small typo: "too larger for"
It would help if around the mention of HUGE_VAL we add words that
the floating-point follows the model in 5.2.4.2.2. Or, words like the
largest finite number is normalized.
Minor modification to the papers: When you say November WG14 meeting,
you should add the year (2021).
