[Cfp-interest 1943] Errata for IEEE 754-2019 -- update

I've just updated:

I removed one item which was a suggestion for an addition, and added two
ambiguities from David Hough's future.txt

This is a private URL at present (i.e., not linked from anywhere else).

I suggest that we (CFP) review the changes at our next meeting, after which
I'll amend as necessary and then mention it on the 754 list for that working
group to discuss.
