thank you Jim. Now there is a related issue raised by Matthias Kretz in [1].
F.10.4.4 says "hypot(x,±0) is equivalent to fabs(x)". Since fabs is in the
first table, one could conclude that full support for the inexact exception
should be provided for hypot(x,±0). Clarification is needed here too. This
might concern other functions and other exceptions.
