JeanHeyd Meneide, the new C Project Editor, has posted an updated C2X draft. The draft and diffmarks are at

Note that these documents do not have WG14 N-numbers yet, but I believe this is just a process “bump”.

This version of the C2X draft newly includes recent WG14-approved CFP proposals.
