[Cfp-interest 1650] changing email preferences for cfp-interest

There's been some discussion about when you get copies of messages
you post.

Messages to the list do not necessarily get copied to the sender.
It doesn't matter if it's To: or Cc:   
 
It's a preference you can change -
 
Go to    
 
http://mailman.oakapple.net/mailman/listinfo/cfp-interest
 
and enter your email address to get to your options page.
 
Don't remember your password?    Nobody does, but there's a way to get
it using your email. 

Once you get to your options page, take a look at how these options are set,
and change them if desired:
 
Receive your own posts to the list?
Ordinarily, you will get a copy of every message you post to the list. 
If you don't want to receive this copy, set this option to No.
 
Avoid duplicate copies of messages?
When you are listed explicitly in the To: or Cc: headers of a list message, 
you can opt to not receive another copy from the mailing list. 
Select Yes to avoid receiving copies from the mailing list; 
select No to receive copies.
