[Cfp-interest 1434] Timing of WG14 IEEE 754-C binding group meeting on 2019/11/20

Hello,

As an FYI, I will be travelling on the day of the November meeting in two 
weeks so I will not be able to take notes (I likely will be in a car 
without a laptop in front of me) and I will also likely have to leave 
15-30 minutes early.
I should however be able to attend still.
