[Cfp-interest] AI about revised TC for TS DR 16 about tgmath cbrt macro

The issues in DR 16 about the tgmath cbrt macro apply to the tgmath cbrt macro introduced by TS 18661-3 to cover its new types. See TS 18661-3, clause 15, “After 7.25#6c, add the paragraph: …”.

I propose to write a new DR and get a new N number.
