If DECIMAL_DIG is going away, I think we need to update some other text
that depends upon DECIMAL_DIG.  For example: CR_DECIMAL_DIG
is defined in terms of DECIMAL_DIG in part 1, printed page 14.

Another place with DECIMAL_DIG is footnote 361 on printed page 7.
