This past Saturday David Keaton reported

> I just received word a few minutes ago that the DTS ballot for 18661-5 has passed with zero comments.  Congratulations!  The result has not been logged yet, but when it is put into the system, the TS will be published.  When you get a chance, it's time to fill in the 201ymmL constant for publication.
