Jim,
I will not be able to dial in today because of a conflicting meeting at work.
I would have had one open today though, so I am raising it by email now: next year, ARITH23 (IEEE Symposium on Computer Arithmetic) will take place in the Bay Area, ~in June (plus/minus one month maybe).
I think it would be appropriate for someone (you?) to present TS 18661 in that context, most likely in a special session.
