[Cfp-interest] Part 1 update posted

I posted a new draft of Part 1 on the CFP wiki. It includes the proposed changes on the spreadsheet that came out of our April teleconference and that was presented to WG 14 in Delft. The change bars in the draft are relative to n1676 (which was the base document for the changes in the spreadsheet). A WG 14 subcommittee will review the changes, then the document will be sent to SC22 for a 90-day ballot.
