This would presumably also apply to CR_DECIMAL_DIG (from part 1 of the TS) 
- "all supported IEC 60559 binary types" in the definition of the 
semantics of CR_DECIMAL_DIG including _FloatN floating interchange types 
and _FloatNx extended floating types.
