Seems fine.

Would it help any if some text were changed along the lines of:

OLD:
The C integer constant 10 provides the radix operation defined in IEC 60559.

NEW:
The C integer constant 10 provides the radix() operation defined in IEC 60559 5.7.2.


That is, add "()" if they are in IEEE-754.  And, add the section number.
