[Cfp-interest] drafts posted

I posted drafts for Part 1 and Part 2 that are essentially candidates for posting on the WG 14 wiki as updates to what we submitted for the last WG 14 mailing. These new drafts are available through the links on the CFP wiki under "Working drafts". They contain change bars for recent changes. Unless I hear otherwise from you, I plan to remove the change bars and post the drafts to the WG 14 wiki by Saturday.
