12.3 of the DFP TS has (in the intro paragraph):

  With the exception of the decimal floating-point functions 
  listed in 11.2, which have accuracy as specified in IEC 60559, 
  the accuracy of decimal floating-point results is 
  implementation-defined.

Do we need to make this explicit by adding words to C11?
Perhaps, something like:

Add to 5.2.4.2.2#6:
The accuracy of decimal floating point versions of sqrt(), ...
are specified by IEC 60559.

[where ... needs to be the complete list of so specified
functions]
