I won't be able to attend tomorrow's meeting. Please consider my

as the result of the action item "Joel to write up a note about
constant rounding modes and tgmath functions".

In his response to that email

Jim asked, "Would it be better to change the spec so that tgmath
macros are always subject to constant rounding modes?" I believe the
answer is "yes", though I did sketch tgmath implementations both ways.
