I've posted an update of our draft TS Part 1 on the CFP wiki. Please review it in preparation for our teleconference this Thursday. I'd like to submit a draft for the C committee mailing on Friday. Please give special attention to these changes:

support for freestanding implementations, including strfrom functions (clauses 2, 10)
WANT macros (various places)
clause-references in Table 1 (clause 8)
specification of functions affected by rounding control pragma (clause 11)
conformance macros (clause 5)
