[Cfp-interest] TS Parts 1 and 2 - updates

I've post updates for Part 1 and Part 2 of our draft TS on the CFP wiki. They include these changes:

Changed program text in both parts to New Courier (Bold).

Added paragraph numbers (as in Part 2) in Part 1.

Added an example using _Generic to implement a type-generic math function in the tgmath section of Part 1.

Added "old" text (as in Part 1) to Part 2.

Deprecated FLOAT_CONST_DECIMAL64 pragma in Part 2.
