Missed that. In my copy of the working draft I've added 
In 7.20.2.2, append

—    width of minimum-width signed integer types
INT_LEASTN_WIDTH    N
—    width of minimum-width unsigned integer types
UINT_LEASTN_WIDTH N
 
In 7.20.2.3, append

—    width of fastest minimum-width signed integer types
INT_FASTN_WIDTH      N
—    width of fastest minimum-width unsigned integer types
UINT_FASTN_WIDTH    N
