I posted an updated Part 2 draft with line numbers. I didn't find a reasonable way to put in paragraph numbers, which were requested at our July teleconference. Mike Cowlishaw suggested line numbers as an alternative. This draft also also contains editorial changes suggested by Mike (see recent email). -Jim
