[Cfp-interest] CFP study group teleconference - Thursday 01/13

I posted a first draft of issues that should be addressed in Rounding Attributes/Modes and Flags to the study group wiki, based largely on email correspondence with Jim.  I expect that we will need to add some more issues as work proceeds, but it should be suitable for starting discussion once we have NaNs (and possibly Attributes) take care of.
