[Cfp-interest] Updated NaN document

I have uploaded an updated NaN document to:

with the name of NANCFP5.TXT

I think we need to revisit the naming of the SNAN macros.
The <math.h> style assume no prefix is double.  But the
existing NAN and DEC_NAN macros are float.
