[Cfp-interest] FUNCTIONS - outline updated

At least two people have had trouble reading the latest Functions.pdf 
file on the CFP twiki. I regenerated a new Formats.pdf file, deleted the 
ones in Functions/Attachments on the twiki, and posted the new one. Fred 
and Mathew, please let me know if you can read it now.
