[Cfp-interest] FUNCTIONS: Tests of invalid being raised on FP to integer conversions

One of you asked for the public tests to check if
invalid is being raised for conversions from an FP
value to an integer object if the FP value is out
of range.  This is related to 5. convertToInteger
functions, approach 3.

those on IBM System z10 (or later) and on IBM
