Format subgroup members,

Could you be available for a Format subgroup teleconference on Thursday, 
Mar 4, at 10 am PST / 1 pm EST?

Monday I'll distribute a paper with our agreed upon specification for C 
support for 754-2008 formats. Please plan to review it and, time 
permitting, send corrections or concerns by email prior to the meeting.

Here's a proposed agenda for the teleconference:

    Discuss the paper.
    Identify and if possible resolve any remaining technical issues.
    Discuss editorial issues for the subgroup document.
    Discuss shifting focus from Formats to Functions.
