[Cfp-interest] consolidating meetings, meeting day

Those present at the Study Group teleconference today agreed to 
consolidate our monthly Study Group and Subgroup meetings into a single 
monthly meeting. We believed Thursday, 10 AM PDT / 1 PM EDT would be the 
best day and time. If you weren't at the meeting today, please let me 
know if that's ok with you too.

If we go with Thursday, I'd like to propose our next meeting be on 
Thursday, September 9.
